Are these Magic the gathering cards legal?

These cards are not legal in standard or extended formats. They are legal in vintage format however. Art work does not usually have anything to do with the legality of cards. Occasionally, there are some cards that are full art, which are illegal, but other than that it shouldn't' have anything to do with it.
