What do you call those covers that go around holes...?

When you cut a hole, there are these plastic things they sell that cover the hole for cosmetic reasons. Usually one end screws into the other or it has to be the same size hole and it just pops in and leaves a clean look instead of a jagged hole. What do you call those things?
