Being Harassed and Stalked?

I am being victimized by psychological harassment and "cause stalking". Not on-line (yet anyway) Been researching this online and don't know where to write, call for help. Can't go to the authorities because they do not acknowledge that it exists. Asking for any help, info available...I'd like to save my life!!!
