I have 4 Eagle Shaped Decanters/Bottles,1 of them came with the plastic liner in the head piece to hold it in?

The Heads insert,helped hold it in place and I think it was over the cork which sealed it Where can I get the plastic inserts(as I call them)? If available ? Sorry for the repeat.
