I have been victimised at work I'm a qualified e.m.t dispatcher volunteer what action must I take? ?

I wasn't hired at work even thou I'm qualified. And have expirience for the position instead they have given the position to people who don't have qualifications and expierence, that I've personaly trained because of cultural differences I think.I'm now scared to go back bcos people at the office think I got the job I can't quit this I my dream job I like helping people.stressed.
