I put toothpaste on my penis HELP PLEASE NO JOKE?

i put it on because i heard it get rid of pearly penile papules so i did and left it for about 3 days. then i took a shower and now my penis looks kinda wrinkled and looks like thers cleaar plastic over it it did make my pearly papules smaller but now it looks wierd it also feels kinda numb HELP PLEASE
