I have been victimised at work I'm a qualified e.m.t dispatcher volunteer what action must I take? ?

I wasn't hired at work even thou I'm qualified. And have expirience for the position instead they have given the position to people who don't have qualifications and expierence, that I've personaly trained because of cultural differences I think.I'm now scared to go back bcos people at the office think I got the job I can't quit this I my dream job I like helping people.stressed. Sassy Deluxe Sleep Positioner?

My daughter is 5 weeks and has acid reflux so she only sleep in her bouncer, carseat, or swim because they're elevated. She'll only sleep in her bassinet with a pillow under her. I've had this sleep positioner, but just remembered it today. I'd put it in a closet because I'd heard all these awful reviews. But now that I look at it, I don't see it harming her. It's got wedges holding her in place while she lays on her back, and the back elevates her. I laid her on it and for the first time she went right to sleep and stayed asleep. I just wanted some opinions. Am I putting her in massive amounts of danger? This is the first time she's actually getting rest and being on her back like doctors recommend at the same time. No links or nasty comments please- I'm just a curious first time mom!

What is the process in getting on a flight ?

im 18 and im going on holiday to egypt tomorrow and im flying from gatwick north terminal. i have one of the new chipped passports whereas the rest of my family dont so i can go through the new scan gates whereas my family will have to queue. new rules state that passengers are allowed to take 1 lighter onto an aircraft with them but they must keep it on there person and declare it with the liquids in clear plastic bags. i dont reallly want my dad knowing i smoke and it will be obvious if i have a lighter so i wanna know really where the baggage checks is in relation to the passport control so i know if ill be able to have my bags checked without my dad seeing the lighter as he'll be going through the normal passport control.

Any attempts to blame the victim are absurd. People are responsible for their own actions no matter what anyone else was wearing, also it implies that men are completely unable to control themselves if women are forced to dress a certain way to keep men from attacking them. The whole idea is completely ridiculous.

Where can i find a large canvas for pottery table?

I need at least 3' x 5' size piece of canvas for a flat table... I have my own pottery studio and in order to wedge the clay... i need one but im not sure where to look ?
